You have a right to own property

The proposed zoning changes would create vague rules, arbitrary requirements, hurt small business, reduce property value, and make the American Dream of owning a home even harder for Montanans.

Everyone deserves a roof over their head

The changes would eliminate low-income and affordable housing while opening the door for wealthy outsiders to buy and hoard land like toilet paper.

We have a responsibility to the environment

The zoning changes don't address existing problems in the urban/wildlife interface and ignore fire mitigation efforts, responsible forestry, traffic congestion, and sustainable building practices.
